Excellent introduction and setup by Vaihav of the VOIP system. Very impressed with the flexibility of setup to allow it to work for our company. Not live yet so full review not possible.

Nuacom were extremely quick in setting up our account, delivering our new phones, arranging training and everything else that comes with integrating a new phone system. I have found it all such an easy process, their customer support has been very helpful and I would be very happy to recommend their service.

We moved to Nuacom after issues with a previous provider. Within a week of our first enquiry we were fully set up. We are a busy solicitors office which depends on client contact and phone service. We couldn't recommend Nuacom highly enough. Andy

I am a new business customer to NUACOM. I have found NUACOM's products to be well thought through. NUACOM is well resourced, their cloud tech is functionally rich and the assistance I received to get my business onboarded to their cloud VOIP system was excellent. Of the VOIP providers I have had experianced, I have no hesitation in recommending NUACOM to enterprise organisations, corporates and small businesses alike.

Our company decided to go with NUACOM on Thursday and we were set up by Friday morning with all paperword complete and numbers ported from previous carrier. Support team was very helpful and could not do any more for our transition.

Nuacom have a great support team. Andrei recently spent a few hours working through an issue we had on our network to get our phones up and running again even though the problem was not directly Nuacoms to fix.

Excellent VOIP telephony with great flexibility for our small office & work from home seemlessly. Amazing customer service on the rare occasion you need it. Great to deal with real people. I needed another extension/line, phoned them (hotline for existing customers) and collected a new fully configured desk phone in Maynooth 30 mins later. Plug into network and its up and running. Couldn't be simpler or quicker. So glad I ditched my previous provider.
