NUACOM's customer service team is exceptional, each employee is willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Integration was straight forward and we are now looking to provide our customers with a great quality, efficient and reliable call experience.

The onboarding was great. I have used other software and they are self service and support was really slow so very happy with Nuacom.

Excellent introduction and setup by Vaihav of the VOIP system. Very impressed with the flexibility of setup to allow it to work for our company. Not live yet so full review not possible.

It centralises the different venues in one place. Making easy to not miss calls as well as providing a better customer experience. Not only for the business but for customers too.

Vaibhav was extremely helpful and cleared up any queries I had. The system is user friendly, easy to use and any small queries I had were rectified after my call with Vaibhav.

We are only at the set up phase which we completed this morning online. Vaibhav was extremely helpful and made this process so easy, Very impressed with Nuacom so far.

We got a speedy response and was setup the following day. We got hands-on training on how to use the system and have had no problems ever since. Would highly recommend.

Works like magic for us. We have been looking for a suitable VOIP service for a while with several business critical features such call recording and integration into our CRM. Nuacom hit all the right boxes for us. Great service and no technical problems whatsoever.

The NUMCOM digital communications package is a game changer for small businesses. Simple, and cost effective without any compromise in power and flexibility. Genuinely could not recommend them highly enough. Working with NUACOM removed what can sometimes be quite a stressful process.

Brilliant service from Vaibhav this morning, especially as he was dealing with a complete techno-phobe in myself! Thank you for great customer care and service!

Nuacom have a great support team. Andrei recently spent a few hours working through an issue we had on our network to get our phones up and running again even though the problem was not directly Nuacoms to fix.

Good price, good service, good customer care. Overall I would reccomend these guys.

Best service and aftercare from the team - it took us awhile to think about switching but it is the best decision we have ever made. Thank you to James and Heather!
