Call Queuing Feature Description:

Call queuing is a feature to place all your incoming calls in a virtual queue. It is the best solution for your business not to have an engaged tone and lost sales opportunities anymore. With our call queuing feature, all of your customers hear a ringing tone and they know that their call will be answered. If your staff is busy and someone is calling, you can play them a message, politely asking them to hold on; or keep playing a ringing tone.

Call Queuing Feature Customized:

When calls are in the queue, the system can be set to ring several handsets until a member of staff answer. So, if three calls come in at once and you have two handsets, your staff can answer two of the calls and the third call will be on hold in the queue. Once a staff member finishes their call and hangs up, their handset will ring again to connect them to the remaining call in the queue. This will ensure that you and your staff provide excellent customer service at a minimal cost.
