How do I sign up?

To open an account and obtain a package with us you only must click on “Sign up” button and go through all these easy steps: 1. Include contact details, business address, create a password. 2 Validate your account and define your system configuration: select phone numbers or include numbers to be ported, define opening hours and greetings (optional) 3. Select your add-ons (additional Irish number, fax to email, etc.) 4. Choose one/several handsets 5. Proceed to payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods: credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), direct debit payments (you include your bank account details and we charge it every month), bank transfer or PayPal. All the credit card payments are securely processed via Realex Payments one of the best payment gateways anywhere.

How much do I have to pay?

The prices start from € 25 / month, this is a basic package with an essential set of features (call conference, call queues, voicemail, mobile app, etc.), 2 Irish landline numbers, maximum 2 phone users. If you need extra features/phone users, installation and support service, you can always upgrade to the next package. With our hosted phone service, you will reduce the cost of your calls by around 50% or even more.

Do you provide installation services?

Once you have the handsets you can plug them in and use the service. If you need our assistance and have additional requirements, we can install the phones for you. Installation cost is based on site survey. Please contact us for more details.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No, you don’t have to sign any long-term contracts or commitments. We offer a 30-day rolling basis agreement. You simply get the package you need and start using our service instantly. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Do you provide refunds?

We are really confident and 100% sure that our system is reliable, flexible and efficient. If for some reason, you want to get your money back, we will issue a refund during the first 30 days of service. Just c show us that you cannot achieve the result you want because our service does not work as described.
